I have been working at Alstom Transportation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits. Free coffee and water.

    Cons

If a manager does. It like you, having nothing to do with your work quality or work ethics, they are allowed to put you on a PIP and then force a failure by intentionally going out of their way to make you not meet your goals. The ethics of such a practice are beyond reason and HR is for the company, not for the employee.

    Advice to Management

Do your due diligence before someone decides to take this new company to the table for ethics and discrimination practices.

    Pros

There is so many opportunities with this company if you are looking to learn about public transport.

    Cons

Very old style of management; screaming and shouting is the only process that seems to work
Does not care about employee well being because there is nothing to in the area.
Very dirty tactics because managers will use a new person to blame problems on.

    Advice to Management

Offer full time opportunity meaning a full time contract like you have it in france because everyone seems to lose their job as soon as they get old.
