      Pros

Great people-staff and physicians are excellent providers. Community based hospital. State of the art equipment. New hospital in construction phase.

      Cons

Retirement match is very low (3%). Leadership focus is on finances instead of patient care and employees. Staff moral is very low with a high of turnover. Currently, locum nurses and physicians are supporting deficiencies in staffing.

      Pros

Great people, great exposure and opportunities. I am very interested in working in the healthcare industry all thanks to Altru Health

      Cons

It is in Grand Forks, North Dakota, which is an average sized town, roughly 60,000 but everyone that is here has been here their whole life and there is nothing exciting about the town.
