    I worked at Altus365 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people who cared deeply about the customers, company and their co workers.

    Cons

Senior Management, Accounting and HR were terrible!

    Advice to Management

When someone shows you the money, TAKE IT! This company had actual offers of millions of dollars on the table but Ted went against the advice of people brought in to access the offers! Instead ted continued to burn through cash reserves and a credit line to develop a next generation platform that the companies customers didn't even care about. Instead the bumbling accounting team, seemed to just sit back and hope we'd make payroll until they couldn't and then just closed the door and screwed everyone, including the customers in the process.
