    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I worked at Alutiiq full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Decent salary for no/low experience. Low expectations, no performance metrics or accountability/motivation to perform your daily job duties.

    Cons

No raises our room for advancement (unless a Native/shareholder or friends of upper management). No management accountability or employee feedback. No communication. Unreliable IT infrastructure, HR/benefits/payroll only responds once you cc their management.

    Advice to Management

When your administrative office churns staff at 1/4 per month you need to round and touch base with your boots on the ground (the people who earn the company money through contracts and the admin staff who directly support them).

I have been working at Alutiiq full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Can't think of any.

    Cons

Only one health insurance plan. Vacation is not accrued. Must work an entire year before receiving vacation. Does not match 401k. No performance reviews or merit increases. Morale is low.

    Advice to Management

When you value your employees, they return quality work and make the company more profitable overall.

I worked at Alutiiq full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary Retirement Hours Opportunity to get a secret clearance that helps get you a better job.

    Cons

Management, work life balance, change time schedules last minute, if corporate was in town you knew you would be chewed out by supervisors so they would feel like they are doing their job.

    Advice to Management

Not sure why, but every supervisor I had was 100% not qualified for the job. Hard to take a company serious why you see who they out in charge.
