    Fabulous support from Superintendent and his administration. One of highest paying districts in the area.

    Principals are weak on discipline

    Get tough, the disruptive kids are running the schools

    They have a great sense of community. Most employees live and grew up in the area and are truly vested.

    Not growing as fast as the area demands.

    Positive co-workers and somewhat involved parents.

    Cons

    Work expectations are overwhelming and teachers are expected to do part of the SPED Teacher's job by updating IEPs.

    Administration should be more supportive of its teachers.
