I worked at Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay

      Pros

Program staff are caring and committed to taking care of participants. They are warm and committed.

      Cons

Administrators lack experience and training to run the program in an efficient way while remaining professional. Admin staff have questionable ethics. The agency is understaffed.

      Advice to Management

Do not cut corners, hire more program staff, and be ethical.

I worked at Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay full-time for less than a year

      Pros

I like the idea that they are helping take care of patients who have Alzheimer's. If you want to work in an adult day-care (which is basically what it is) then go for it.

      Cons

I don't think I can write enough here. Management was messing with everybody's wages and they are also unfair. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, unless you volunteer because you don't have as many strict rules to follow.

      Advice to Management

Don't rip your employees off and treat us like people and not machines that don't burn out from time to time from all of the stress.
