    Pros

    You do your Schedule as Manager, Regulary free on Sundays. 2 days free weekly with minimal exeptions.

    Cons

    poor pay, everybody is your boss. always a mistake with commisions payments,

    Good people, feels like a family. Employees are very supportive, great work environment

    Management, no mentoring/training/feedback. No communication whatsoever, very ambiguous

    Huge organization, large reach, takes a time to get things done

    Cons

    Not a lot of mobility, promotions by tenure and merit but it takes a long time

    Move people around to avoid stagnation

    Pros

    Depending on the area, you can make good contacts with different vendors. It is good to gain professional experience. You can learn more than management than technical skills

    Cons

    It is too traditional. HR and bosses are more focused on themselves and not in your professional growth. There is not opportunities to grow inside of the company. The typical old school private company

    Good environment with same level coworkers; nevertheless management has awful treatment with lower level employees

    Bad Management skills, Human Resources Department has awful ways into tricking you to quit in order to give you no compensation.

    Better way to treat people, they make you feel useless and looks like there's no future for any of their employees
