I worked at Ama Laboratories full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great benefits package
    Generous salary increases

    Cons

    CEO is a lunatic
Upper Management is a joke. Any time we went to them for help they just told us to "get it done." The whole place is a joke. CEO won't admit he's committed a crime and they've been raided by the FBI twice on two months. They deceive clients and want their technicians to lie as well. A sad end to what could have been a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

Get a new CEO, one with a real education who is fit to run a corporation.

I worked at Ama Laboratories (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Had great salaries and benefits. Not anymore.

    Cons

Since the FDA and FBI are investigating the CEO & Company, salaries and benefits have been cut dramatically as well as down sizing staff. The whole company is struggling. CEO is selfish and crazy, management is a joke. They created a VERY hostile work environment since the raid in April.

    Advice to Management

Stop making people suffer because of your decisions.

    Pros

Hard work and some long days but the compensation and benefits are worth it. It might not seem like it some days but if you have a great work ethic it is recognized. You will learn a lot about a unique industry.

    Cons

Some strong/ high school personalities that need to be monitored.

Highly ethical company, good work environment, good compensation, excellent benefits, solid management support and a strong feeling of inclusion in achievement of company goals.

    Cons

Company size and lack of personnel turnover limits promotion opportunity to some extent.
