    Pros

    Not much stress/pressure to perform. HR department is good.
    Other developers help a lot.

    Cons

    Starts feeling a little monotonous. Maybe, that's just my opinion.

    Pros

    International culture. Does a lot for employees comfort. Remuneration is quite ok. Biggest private company in the French Riviera. Nice sites in Sophia and in Villeneuve Louvet.

    Cons

    Big company. Sometimes a little bit complicated to identify the right person to talk to regarding a question. But not much to say

    Pros

    One of the most solid companies in travel to experience the travel B2B dynamics.

    Cons

    A part of the company tends to keep the status quo in earlier days and slow to changes. Though B2B nature may justify it and it doesn't impact its profitable yet, it may not last long.

    Great technology, product and solid foundations

    Cons

    Absolute worst senior management team and MD in history of Amadeus UK. MD likes to think they think outside the box but reality is people who count in industry have no time or respect for them vs competitors in marketplace. All the ideas of the senior team come from their time at American Express. We are NOT American Express we ware Amadeus!!! Once a really proud office now it has no soul and team spirit is awful. I can only liken it to working for the KGB as in HR will do nothing but are aware of what is going on. If the MD or her cronies do not like you watch out. Her team are retained but have actually achieved nothing and are brilliant at blaming their own team members or passed employees who actually challenged their ideas and concepts as they are so naive in thoughts and beliefs surrounding travel technology

    Advice to Management

    You are reshuffling do something about it, culturally senior failures do not fade away they are normally sent to another market or promoted.

    Great facilities and nice perks.
    Many job offers for internal/international mobility within Amadeus Group worldwide

    Cons

    Big company not always very "agile" and some managers for sure never got any management training...

    Advice to Management

    One shouldn't be given a managing position only to allow s/he to get to the next level on his/her payslip but because s/he has good interpersonal and managing skills!

    good and healthy company. Long term strategy. Good ambiance at work - International moves facilitated

    Cons

    Sometimes too Spanish oriented. Good conditions compared to local market economy but too low to attract top international executives
