Honestly, there are no pros to working in the Amatel environment. A total lack of culture and direction. Quite possibly the worse place anyone could end up other than a North Korean gulag.
Cons
Overbearing and dishonest C level (owners) team. Will say and/or do anything to disarm and convince you that everything is good and there is a future. It's all smoke and mirrors with no substance to it. Business is centered around a single customer and internal practices are disingenuous at best, and outright illegal in some areas of the operation. Not worth the risk to your career.
