I really like the positive work atmosphere. The training was great. Amazing lash studio s has a really good system of letting the receptions take care of all the booking and payments so that stylists can just 'get to it' when the client arrives.

Cons

Although the atmosphere is great.... The stylists are ridiculously underpaid. It's hard to stay at any job, no matter how great, knowing that you could be getting paid triple the amount elsewhere.

I've worked for Amazing Lash Studio for almost 6 years; fun industry with TONS of opportunity for growth. Leadership Team is always open to feedback, which is fantastic.

Stylist Training is a constant struggle, but we continue to work and evolve the training.

Corporate operations team is clueless. No one there knows how to help us keep stylists. We constantly have to turn away customers because we can't get them in without stylists. Operations team has zero leadership and expects studio managers to figure it out on there own. A few helpful people in training but membership retention is a big struggle when you can't keep staff and no one at corporate does anything but tell you they can't be involved in franchise employee issues.

I have always enjoyed my time working at Amazing Lash Studio. My managers have always been so flexible with scheduling to accommodate my schooling and personal life. I gained a lot of customer service experience in this position, too. All of the girls are so great, and I always felt to supported by my bosses and coworkers.

Cons

As it is a newer company, there have been some customer satisfaction problems, especially when new stylists are hired or new products/services launched. We have to handle guests that are not satisfied and try to troubleshoot and correct problems, which can be extremely frustrating at times.

I love my position with Amazing Lash Studio. It's wonderful watching the staff grow and develop and creating lasting relationships with our members. It's a great environment, and I can't wait to see how much we continue to grow!

So far I have only encountered the normal guest issues which sometimes can be tiring.
