    Cons

    You have to be very proactive and intentional. No one is going to hold your hand. Training modules and resources are scattered and difficult to utilize. Strict warehouse dress code.

    Flexible schedule and decent pay for part-time job.

    Cons

    Management sets unrealistic rate goals and often appear annoyed when asked a question. Managers do not stow or pick and it’s unclear how the pick rates are established.

    Advice to Management

    The management is solely focused on rates. Focus on keeping good workers instead of praises those with high rates that recklessly throw items on the shelves . You will have lower turn over rates.
