    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Amazon part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I like the Flexibility of being in control of when and how often I work. Support staff and depot staff have always been very friendly and helpful

    Cons

Unrealistic amount of parcels to deliver within the 4 hour block. I have yet to finish on time. The app with the route planner goes down every time at some point and totally screws things up.

    Advice to Management

Have a human to speak to after the automated email if there is a problem

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Amazon part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Shares; learned lots of skills, flexible hours, paid holidays

    Cons

Micromanagement, constantly pushing staff to reach unachievable targets causing stress

    Advice to Management

Set targets +stick to them! You can't expect employees to be pushed and beyond their capabilities by constantly moving the targets once the current ones have been reached. SLOW DOWN - allow employees to catch their breath and either remain at service level +provide opportunity to advance if employee so chooses
