    Advice to Management

more psitive feedback on overall work history of employee and not just on weekly rate numbers.

I worked at Amazon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great starting pay and the ability to get raises very quickly. Full training in all areas are offered and if your willing to work hard and sweat everyday for 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, then this is the job for you. The 4 day weeks go by quick, it can be exhausting so proper rest and a healthy lifestyle will help you stay strong within this company. Beat benefits as well once you are a hired on as a full time employee.

    Cons

After 3 years of working with the company you "cap out" at $15.75, meaning you can no longer make any more money than that as a tier 1 associate. Your expected to want to move up in the company and that is the only way to make a better hourly wage, by advancing into management and operations management positions if there are any openings.

I worked at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The warehouse that I worked in was well organized. It was climate-controlled. The equipment was in good condition. The pay was good compared to many other jobs.

    Cons

Some of my coworkers thought that Amazon is a slave driver. But I am used to hard work so it did not bother me.

I have been working at Amazon part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great pay and health insurance

    Cons

Management is poor, and it doesn't seem like they actually care for their employees even though they say they do.
If your are planning on making a career out of it. they try getting you fired after you been there for 5 years or longer so they don't have to pay as much in stocks or the raises you earned. they just get new employees so they don't have to pay them as much. Very stressful to work in since you don't know if you will make rate to stay.
