I worked at Amazon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Sorting out the pickers orders and preparing the orders for the packers to pack to go for shipment to the customers.

    Cons

Sometimes pickers pick wrong items and then again we do double orders then.

    Advice to Management

None really because it's always different problems different times or different employees processing the online orders.

    Pros

    Competitive pay for warehouse work
    Good benefits
    More off days per week

    Cons

Management doesn't really care about your success
Policies change too frequently to be truly successful
Warehouse has extremely limited opportunity for advancement
(Just like the military, crap rolls down hill, and here it has extra grease)

    Advice to Management

Don't fix something that isn't broken. Creating a cycle of bad policy changes will have an effect on productivity in a negative way.

I worked at Amazon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are always hiring. There is almost always opportunity for over time. When you manage to get hired on the benefits aren't all that bad.

    Cons

THEY DO NOT OFFER COMPETITIVE PAY. The company is ran by people who don't seem to understand common sense or what is going on. They're systems constantly malfunction. They will lie to you about anything just to get out of having to do something more than they have to. If you want or need something done you have to constantly be on the managers who sit on facebook all day and try to make it seem like they are to busy to help. There are few people there who actually do a good job and know what they are doing, maybe 3 or 4 people in TOTAL. I don't understand how they to where they are with their poor sense of everything.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so lazy. Don't lie to your employees or "accosiates" as you refer to us.
