I have been working at Amazon full-time for less than a year

    Pros

work from home Provide equipment Nice people to work with Overtime

    Cons

Training is short, rushed and not thorough You are thrown out on the floor messing up calls b/c you don't know what you are doing Always a problem with the system Must work weekends

    Advice to Management

Please make training more thorough and less rushed. It's really important that associates are able to help the customer and if we aren't trained properly, we can't help efficiently and everyone gets frustrated.

I worked at Amazon full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You have flexibility to take time off when it is available.

    Cons

Literally everything from start to finish sucks.

    Advice to Management

Customers aren't always sunshine and rainbows. They're calling with problems and half of them aren't interested in a solution, they want to be mad! Don't expect numbers to reflect 100% Positive ratings.

I have been working at Amazon

    Pros

If you have a skill set and are looking for a little extra income that you can do online from home, you may like this. Decent pay for coders and transcribers.

    Cons

Income is probably not what you'd get freelancing on your own, but they do provide a list of jobs.

    Advice to Management

Pay could be a little better, but the premise of MT is good.
