    Got opportunities to work on complicated technical problem.
    Work with super smart people
    Fast working environment will force you to learn and grow a lot

    Cons

    Work life balance is not great
    With high stock value, it's hard to differentiate between good and average performers form compensation perspective. Everyone who is not fired are getting paid close to max range.

    Need to review the compensation range.

    very good environment and nice workplace, good pay,annual leave,very supportive and encouraging when it comes to ideas proposed by employees.

    Cons

    could get loaded sometimes and could affect work/life balance but its not always this way, generally low annual raise

    more investment in employees through providing more trainings and courses to help enhance existing skills and/or encouraging employees to acquire new skills that could be very useful for both employee and the company.

    Pros

    Decent benefits in first few years of work. If your friends with the manager (most likely an Egyptian) you are likely to get the best work and be excluded from the team

    Cons

    Leadership needs to grow a backbone. Too much of a culture of if your friends with the boss you don’t have to do much to get promotion while others who do your work are left behind. No work life balance

    Get rid of the boys club in networking
