I have been working at Amazon part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule and decent pay for part-time job.

    Cons

Management sets unrealistic rate goals and often appear annoyed when asked a question. Managers do not stow or pick and it’s unclear how the pick rates are established.

    Advice to Management

The management is solely focused on rates. Focus on keeping good workers instead of praises those with high rates that recklessly throw items on the shelves . You will have lower turn over rates.

  2. "The work environment was very good as well as the benefits, but the pay is substandard."

I have been working at Amazon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people I work with and the medical insurance are great. I do like working four day weeks sometimes. Plus getting stock is a huge bonus.

    Cons

The days can be physically gruelling. The pay isn't competitive to comparable jobs in my area. There isn't a ton of opportunity to move up unless you're willing to relocate.
