Needs more experienced mentors to coach and lead younger employees. More training for younger supervisors who have never lead people before.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

The only good thing is the 4-day workweek schedule.

    Cons

    - The work is laborious and repetitive and a dead-end job.
    - Whether you are at the bottom level, manager, or senior manager, the type of work is utterly a no-brainer, boring one because all day long and at the end of the day, the only thing they care is
    the number of shipments delivered.

    Advice to Management

None- They would not listen anyway because everyone else is worried about their own job security, do not care about their employees even though they pretend to.
