    Everything was great except of the breaks

    Cons

    (2) 15 min breaks more like 10 because it takes a while to walk to break room. Practically have to run but they won’t allow you to do that. Everything else was great!

    Solid company. Good work environment. Growing exponentially. Innovative. New Technologies.

    Cons

    Long hours standing. Must be flexible and willing to cross-train in other departments (this is actually a pro - not a con)

    Use leadership skills to help associates succeed. If they fail, you have failed as their leader.

    Benefits start day one. All benefits you could need or want. Not many places for this.

    Cons

    If you work production floor and cannot keep up, you will struggle. But it is very easy and fun to do.

    Decent pay; Three days off a week.

    Poor training; unrealistic expectations; minimal management support; lost my i9 information on three occasions.

    Better training with hand scanners; don’t be so quick to give “write ups”

    Benefits and opportunities to move up

    Cons

    Pay (if you're an associate or a PA) randomly being called for MOT the day before), not getting paid more on weekends, no proper training.

    Advice to Management

    Stop being so blatant with favoritism, be a little more organizes as far as shifts and schedules, and listen to associates.
