I worked at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of opportunity for working (mandatory over time is assigned like 80% of the time)

    Cons

Exhausting work, 10 hour days with the promise of maybe 2 days off, terrible break scheduling (large warehouse with not enough time to get to break rooms), they dont value their employees, rarely seen management

    Advice to Management

Maybe living with the motto of "How do we make more money?: Hire more people" isnt the best idea. Maybe caring more about holding on to your current employees is more important
