I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - gift cards
    - great co-workers

    Cons

Lack of communication seems to be the epitome of Amazon. Being a customer they're great but they forget that their employees are also their customers. I will never work for this company again and would not recommend to anyone, not even my dog. The amount of work they require from you is not worth the amount they pay. They expect you to answer every single email, every single call and bend over backwards for nothing. Amazon sucks when you're an employee.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so complacent and give the CSA's a break. You're so customer obsessed that you tend to forget about the people working for you.
