Amazing Firm for people who love to work
1) Assessment Test - People sit in groups cheat and get it done.
2) Coding Test - Similar people share questions sit in groups and solve.
How is it fair to the people who are seriously taking the opportunity?
No complains with the Management but the process is really cumbersome and not efficient to filter people. I am writing this because, I saw many people following the similar approach and getting into the Firm.
Advice to Management
Try to make recruitment process more fair.
You are a big firm some of the faulty talent will not create a difference but eventually it will.
