    Pros

    The great benefits and many PTO options. The pay rate is great. The jobs were easy and harmless.

    Cons

    Too many mandatory overtime between the summer & winter seasons.

    75% of the time is stressful, constantly going 150 miles an hour, promotions do not take into account personal needs

    Pros

    Steady flow of work, updated temperature controlled buildings, inside perks that most other companies couldnt dream of, Pay, team orientated environment , Every aspect is voluntary!

    Cons

    Steady flow of work most of the year but with every business there are up cycles and down cycles. Every aspect is voluntary.

    Remember where you came from and empower your man power. Make sure they have the opportunity to dig deep.

    Pros

    I do many jobs within my department: Pick item to be returned to Vendor,Pack item to be returned to Vendor and administer Datamation and a M-F 7:30 am to 4 pm schedule.

    Cons

    Not many people in our building understand our procedures that we do.

    Really good opportunity for advancement.

    I have been working at Amazon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Plenty of both paid and unpaid time to accommodate a personal life. Most people are quick to help and an over all pleasant environment. 4 days on 3 days off.

    Cons

    Full ten hour shifts on your feet. And when it comes to busy seasons (christmas and prime week) you can expect to work mandatory 60 hour weeks.

    Advice to Management

    4 Or more weeks of 60 hours can be a bit too taxing. And some of the more skilled jobs deserve a pay Compensating.
