    Cons

Not many people in our building understand our procedures that we do.

I have been working at Amazon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Plenty of both paid and unpaid time to accommodate a personal life. Most people are quick to help and an over all pleasant environment. 4 days on 3 days off.

    Cons

Full ten hour shifts on your feet. And when it comes to busy seasons (christmas and prime week) you can expect to work mandatory 60 hour weeks.

    Advice to Management

4 Or more weeks of 60 hours can be a bit too taxing. And some of the more skilled jobs deserve a pay Compensating.

I worked at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Biggest pro is how easy it is to get into Amazon Fulfillment services. There's no interview, and as long as you tell them what they want to hear on the personality review, you'll get a warehouse job.

    Cons

Lots of mandatory overtime, dusty work environment, little freedom, you can't take your phone inside the facility, sometimes the expected production rates are unrealistically high, and it can be both boring and stressful.

I have been working at Amazon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I love the people. I grew to love most of the managers. We just got a MUCH deserved raise. You can easily advance in this company, due to the complexity of the nature of work.

    Cons

In the summer, we were on overtime for about two months straight. Some of the managers are so intimidating to the point when you see them, you want to hide. All of the good managers leave. It is TOO HOT.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees. Read the book DRiVE by Daniel Pink, because some of you don't know how to motivate your employees. You think yelling makes us work harder and it doesnt. It just creates a passive aggressive work environment.

I worked at Amazon (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have excellent pay and benefits

    Cons

Watch you played time off and unpaid time, because they will say your eligible to be rehired, then they don't when you go back to try to work for them.

    Advice to Management

Ask if your employees are doing ok, because you don't know what they maybe going through at home.
