    Pros

Fast-paced, choose your schedule, work on your own but as a team.

I worked at Amazon for more than a year

    Pros

Cool people, awesome break room, plenty of opportunity. This company is not receptive to those who whine and complain. I like that. This job is what you make of it. The benefits are unparalleled.

    Cons

To many pretty ladies running around on forklifts, strapped in harnesses, and I have to behave myself. Seriously, no complaints from me

    Advice to Management

    You rock

    Cons

They do not offer full time

    Advice to Management

Offer more than 6. - 4 hour shifts and more people would stay

    Pros

40hrs/week Benefits Air conditioning at the fc Robot

    Cons

Hard to move up, unless your kissing the right behind. Mangers are unfair when it comes to rate. They do not compare apples to apples. Break time is not 15 mins more like 5 mins due to all the walking Mandortory Overtime. 5days/11hours Start pay for a warehouse work $11 bucks when down The street starts off at $14 You have to be employed 2yrs to get their stocks. I have been working at Amazon full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Pay arrives on time. Parking lot gets cleared of snow pretty well in winter time. They give you windbreaker things when you have to stand outside due to fire alarm in the winter.

    Cons

Most "rules" are unwritten, are presented differently by each manager, and change a lot. Negative atmosphere. Inadequate training. Dangerous practices: "team lift" policy, for example, is a joke ... paper protection for company against lawsuits.

    Advice to Management

Stop acknowledging how bad you are at communication and do something about it! Don't be scared to write a few things down so people have some idea what's what. Oh, and how did it come to pass that managers' favorite sport is catching people violating break-times? ... Actually taking pictures from concealed positions in one instance ... And the company propaganda posted at eye-level above the urinals? Come...

I worked at Amazon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy quick hiring process. And for that it does pay better then most quick hire jobs. Easy to learn operations and decent work out.

    Cons

Hard labor and working with the dumbest people ever. After making a suggestion I was told just to do what I'm told because this is like "slave labor".

    Advice to Management

Improve training process for new employees so that they can learn multiple jobs. Thus making days seem more interesting because one wouldn't be doing the same thing over and over. Maybe this would help retain good workers.
