The hours were fluctuating so i couldn’t get to work the amount i really wanted to and during the peak season it seemed as if the day time workers had a way harder time than the night time ones.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Amazon part-time

    Pros

    You get tiny a paycheck.
Sort of a fixed schedule. They may change it (and they will) at any point.

    Cons

DMI2 is overstaffed of sortation associates, so much that they are going to send you home early frequently, not completing your minimum 20hrs/week.
Extra hours / over-time? forget it!

They will not show you how you use their equipment, you have to figure it out yourself. You would expect at least to shadow someone.

Their attendance point system is useless, you will get hit with points against you even if they “requested a ticket”.

    Not enough parking.

    High turnover

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring people if you don't need them!
Shut down the place, it’s a complete mess. You should know better Amazon..
