    Pros

    1. Great people to work with and the culture, everyone steps up and is there to help you be successful.

    2. Push your limits - Technically and Behaviourly definitely will be in situations out of your comfort zone and will require adapting learn and grow.

    3. Startup Culture - AWS and its services are constantly improving and iterating, keeping pace is a challenge but the culture helps you keep pace.

    4. Voice your concerns and be yourself.

    Cons

    Stressful yes at times, every job is, but if you want to grow and learn that the best way to.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciated and you are always allowed to take initiatives that help improve Service or offering.

    Decent pay; Three days off a week.

    Cons

    Poor training; unrealistic expectations; minimal management support; lost my i9 information on three occasions.

    Advice to Management

    Better training with hand scanners; don’t be so quick to give “write ups”

    Pros

    High standards for customer service. Little bureaucracy in the way of getting the "right" thing done. Fair review process/bonus structure. Impact.

    Cons

    Vacation is a joke...It's difficult to request time off.

    - New can learn things every time
    - Since it is a Product based company we have our own style of work
    - I was part of testing where one get a great opportunity to learn new device and technologies.
    - Once you in to the Amazon they will make you very comfortable like your second home.

    Pros

    Being a fresher and first job at Amazon even though as a customer service associate has been fabulous for the last 3months. The importance they give to their employees each and everyone for that matter is to be appreciated.

    Cons

    As of now nothing much except trying to get leave during peaks is the only problem you will face.

    Keeping up the name earned!

    Pros

    Amazon is a place to work hard, have fun and make history.
    Coworkers are cool friendly people
    Great schedule and lots of overtime opportunities if you need extra money
    Great benefits

    Cons

    They don't care about you. I was employed for two years and they fired me for a small incident, and they didn't care about my time there or my contributions to the employment.
