    set schedule
    needed time off is an easy process as long as you can work your set days on a regular basis.

    Cons

    during slow periods hours can be lessened

    set up a message system when voluntary time off is available for people who commute

    Pros

    Constantly changing environment. It will challenge you on a daily basis. Plenty of opportunities for promotion and growth.

    Cons

    Long hours, and a typical warehouse job schedule. Nights and weekend. Christmas season is a long grind, but Amazon is the Cadillac of warehouse leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Be able to not only lead people, but also think systemically. Everyday has an opportunity to improve something. It's a great place to learn, develop, and drive process improvements.

    Pros

    The people you get to meet. There is the good, the bad, and the ugly.

    Cons

    No climate control, strenuous work, hard to reach goals, volume with terrible bathrooms.

    Advice to Management

    You guys need better way to motivate your employees. More appreciation is needed for the good scanners. HR is to unwilling to help scanners. More training should be provided to make sure employees are taken care of.
