I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are so cheap and almost everyone in the warehouse is so nice. Some managers are cool and nice. Here in smf1, we are going to start a potluck every thursday because why not.

    Cons

The bad part is that some managers are mean and they dont care about you. Also some people arent that nice, but tbh i really dont care about them.

    Advice to Management

Some advice for the area managers, go check on your employees like every week or every other week, becuse we (well i) like it when you talk to us about our scores and tips on how to get faster. ( :

    Pros

New company that looks to have a great future shopping generation.

    Cons

Goog workers won't last long as soon they find out the pay.

    Advice to Management

It's great to treat equally but in work and knowledge experience is not fear to pay every single employe the same.

I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, good pay, easy to move up in the company, love the culture, everything is basically done online from the interview, to calling in sick/coming late so you never need an excuse

    Cons

On your feet all day, long hours during peak season, not the best place to work if you’re not a hard worker

I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Pays pretty decently because of all the overtime and whatnot
-It's a new warehouse and its pretty nice inside, everything is easily reachable during break etc.
    -Mostly everyone is pretty nice

    Cons

Most of my complaints are centred around the management:

-Managers all suck, they break health and safety rules on numerous occasions, i can personally recall three different managers breaking three different health and safety rules, two of which would of led to a regular employee getting instantly terminated.
-Managers would not switch my position even though i told them i struggle to do it physically and am unable to meet quotas
-Carpark is a mess after work, huge big mess!

Everyone outside of management seems completely fine and competent.

And one additional thing, i was promised before employment that there would be a shuttle service to the facility but upon employment i found out that there isn't one, pretty deceitful or maybe miscommunication on their part.
