I have been working at Amazon full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Amazon is a company built for the 21st century with a combination of great culture, technology and scale. I have learnt a lot working in Amazon and has shaped me as an individual

The email culture results in unnecessary long email threads, misunderstandings, and sometimes taking days to discuss a topic which could be closed in 2 x 1 hour meetings....
