I worked at Amazon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, work from home, supplies you with laptop,

    Cons

Since the company has gotten bigger and the new pay raise your just a number. Everyone makes the same pay whether you have been there 1p years or 10 days. Every representative handles the call differently so it makes it hard when a customer calls back and the new representative handles the call a different way. Not very easy to move up or lateral in the company

I worked at Amazon (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Earned time off, also you get a weeks paid vacation starting. And once you earn time off, you can roll it together. If the phones are slow, you have the option to take the day off-unpaid.

    Cons

It does get hectic, especially around the holidays. If you are one who doesn't like criticism, then this job isn't for you. You have metrics and they take them serious. Its not unheard of to have someone sit beside you and side jack into your calls.

I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It’s amazing, amazon! Working from home, the pay, the benefits, the leaders, the support, everything about my job is a blessing and I’m just so very thankful for being able to be a part of such an amazing company, educating and helping people with their technical issues plus some!!

    Cons

Scheduling is very different and can be all over the place, but again it’s a 24hr business year round. Working with amazon, there are MANY different departments- some departments aren’t as cooperative as they should be :( Also, some people are not understanding-they call with direct anger instead of understanding, don’t want to listen it’s like hey! You called for help and either I can assist you or...?? Lol but AGAIN, that’s ANYWHERE you work..

    Advice to Management

    Quicker solutions

I worked at Amazon part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work at home and flexible schedule

    Cons

Constantly changing rules and processes and you have to figure out everything on your own because your manager either doesn’t know or care.

    Advice to Management

Stop using the hope of future employment as a carrot to seasonal employees when none are hired.
