    Cons

Sometimes customer's are angry because items are not delivered at a certain time or the AMZL drivers incorrectly deliver packages.

I have been working at Amazon part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible scheduling with only a 4 hour per week minimum
Talking to customers from all over the country
    Helpful coworkers
    Working from home

    Cons

    Training was done too quickly
Frequent management shifts with little to no notice

    Advice to Management

Training should be longer and much more in depth. When you're first released to take calls it feels a but like drowning.

    Pros

    Working from home is convenient

    Cons

You're just a number to them

    Advice to Management

When you have excellent employees, try to accommodate their schedules instead of forcing them to quit because they can't work the hours you reassign them to.

I have been working at Amazon part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, focus on one call resolution, caring management, encourage out of box thinking, employee discount

    Cons

Minimal advancement opportunity for part time associates, can be high volume, always changing atmosphere

    Advice to Management

Part time associates want opportunity for advancement, too. Not everyone can work a full time schedule. Sadly, many talents are wasted by under utilizing the part time CSRs. Take the advice given by experienced reps, and find ways to avoid duplication of efforts. Also, if CSRs see a trend, please give us the benefit of knowing what we are talking about. Continue making the W@H reps feel like part of the team! Knowing we aren't alone makes all the difference on rough days.

I have been working at Amazon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to work from home, so there’s no commute. Management to HR are amazing people.

    Cons

Low pay, hours you work can be terrible, customers are entitled, no room for promotion/advancement, pay raises are a joke.

    Advice to Management

Team managers and group managers and even HR are fantastic and truly care about you, however whomever decides pay needs to seriously re-evaluate. Most all of us don’t make a livable wage and that’s a joke. A lot of us come with many many years of experience and should be paid appropriately.
