I have been working at Amazon full-time (More than 3 years)
Signing bonus for the first 2 years ($30,000 each year)
Bonus is a growing vestment of stock over 4 years of $110K total. Year one=5%, year 2=15%, 20% every 6 months from years 3 to 4.
Vacation is miserable. 6 days max per year... 0 days from day 1.
401K match is brutal 2% match.
Recruiters (Amazon EHS) lie (or have no idea what total compensation means versus base salary).
PEAK season from Thanksgiving to New Years, expect to be working 7 days a week (Salary).
Advice to Management
Increase your vacation, 401K, and maybe have your company recruiters understand the difference between base and total compensation.
