I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay. Lots of room to maneuver within Amazon, since it's such a growing company. Super competent workforce. Can't go wrong working here for the long or short term.

    Cons

Really intense culture that's heavily perception-centric. Occasionally it's a corporate Lord of the Flies environment. Start up culture has weaknesses with lack of structure and hard standards
