    Pros

Some nice people you can work with. A good place to learn a lot

    Cons

Leadership encourages cutthroat atmosphere. Everyone looks out for them selves. And finds every opportunity to climb by stepping on others. Peers won’t hesitate to put you down in order to look good. Lack of ownership

    Advice to Management

Discourage cutthroat mentality. Stop team members from pushing each other down especially with leadership visibility and other business partners.

    Pros

The pay is $14.25 an hour at SSF location, don't have to deal with customers

    Cons

Quota, culture sucks, hours are horrible, employee discount is a joke, feel like a wageslave, depressing environment, dead-end job

    Advice to Management

Train new employees better, have better culture, longer breaks for part time employees

I worked at Amazon as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Learn a lot, great name. Really get a chance to move up fast and make a lot of great connections.

    Cons

Long hours and not always given all the tools to succeed, often a need to invent yourself and make the best of a situation.

    Advice to Management

    None

I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Gift cards get handed out for meeting goals pretty regularly, pizza sometimes on the weekend, usually can get overtime easily

    Cons

Some very iffy coworkers, the managers are bad except for two(another person wrote they treat workers like children is true), you get worked like a slave, graveyard shift plus workload can leave you exhausted, low pay, toxic environment will make you angry even when you come in a good mood, the videos they make you watch for training are lies.

    Advice to Management

Raise the wages so people make more than they would at burger king then maybe ot would make more sense for people to stay regardless of the work expected to be done.

I have been working at Amazon (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have nothing for pro's this place is awful.

    Cons

Some people have not been paid in a month. That's right 4 weeks. My case has been two weeks and I haven't been paid. HR has no answers and you keep going around in a circle. The warehouse is unorganized, managers don't know what's going on. It's the blind leading the blind. Avoid this place and you will avoid yourself a big time headache.

    Advice to Management

    Get your stuff together.
