    Advice to Management

Observes and listen. If many contractors leave the team within short time frame, there might be a reason to it. Even though contractors, please form a proper channel for contractors to provide feedback. Talent Acquisition is the front lines of a company, be equally and provide more man power or put in some efforts to improve the process/tools to make workloads more manageable despite being a small team taking care...

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Amazon for more than a year

    Pros

Good pay, flexibility in certain ways. Do remember you are always being ‘monitored’.

    Cons

No work life balance for contractors. Usually get exploited. Tend to work overtime almost everyday given the high volume, to the extend that we have to bring work back home to rush over the weekends. Even after returning back from leave, you have to rush through all the backlogs despite having your colleague to cover you. Work is never ending!

    Advice to Management

Show some sympathy on contractors. We are human not robots!

    Cons

It's a fast moving company so you have to be able to deal with ambiguity and change in order to feel comfortable in this environment

    Advice to Management
