I have been working at Amazon part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible job where you have the opportunity to learn how a fulfillment center works from top to bottom. It's definitely what you yourself make out of the experience.

    Cons

Have to work extremely hard to move up in the company. The pay is a bit abysmal for the upper management who work extremely long hours during peak season.

I worked at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced and the comparadarie was excellent!

    Cons

Demanded way too much for so little pay. Many of the associates were fearful of losing their jobs due to the draconian demands of day to day productivity. Management was disorganized. High turnover rate.. Low morale.

    Advice to Management

Please show more understanding of your employees. Stop treating them like they are numbers.
