    Pros

Set schedule, fun environment, okay pay, option for overtime if that's what someone likes

    Cons

Mandatory overtime, long hours if required for mandatory overtime, overtime should be a choice. There was mandatory overtime every week. That's so unfair.

I have been working at Amazon (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hours were great, there was a ton of overtime and an extra day off because shifts were longer. They offered tons of benefits and assistance.

    Cons

Health takes a major dive, mandatory overtime will literally kill you. They never accommodated my class schedule and forced me to lose out on nearly $6,000... I tried numerous times to have this fixed, they NEVER did.

    Advice to Management

Understand that not everyone can physically do the amount of mandatory overtime you force them to do. I am now in the hospital because of this.

I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Schedule is decent, pay rate for night shift is good

    Cons

Mandatory overtime, and not enough time for break or lunch and not enough of training or fair opportunities to move up to a higher position. There’s no sick time and seems like management doesn’t care about if you have kids or other things in your life.
