I worked at Amber Road full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Reasonable initial package Many staff activities You can leave on time if you just earn the salary and be a worker. You can have night time to do other business or interests if you are junior level

    Cons

Don’t think about bonus... even you provide good ideas, execute well, all goes to the top management even the company earn or not R&D become difficult day by day, but you would see people leave on time, and they can’t complete the jobs well and leave the incomplete works everywhere. Lack of communication, and weak leadership. No career path already due to no growth of the company. Outdated technologies and approaches, that you will feel angry if you know how other companies did the same thing Business is difficult to grow already, and keep losing per share even cutting 30% cost and headcount No customer and user centric thinking will just make things worse

I have been working at Amber Road full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Every company has its pros n cons and if you find you have good number of positives to stay with the company should stay and help the company in stepping up and be a part of its success story, else quit . I’m hoping whoever is posting these negative posts, being with the company for long time ( above 3yrs , 5 yrs) and still continuing, you have a long term association not because of free food and b’day cakes :P. We believe every company has its policies and procedures to set some standards of discipline and be competitive and need not give justification. We have been working with Amber Road for a long time and have been comfortable with the policies and procedures which have been clearly communicated to us . Whoever has written the below negative post has negatively exaggerated on the current policies and procedure of the company. Employees should not suffocate with the company policies and most of us are matured and vocal about it . Amber Road has encouraged the employees to be comfortable and their policies are very much as per the standard IT industry norms which is why we are comfortable to be a part of it. If some has a problem with them they would either not join knowing them or join their dream company .

    Cons

I am associated with Amber road for more than 5 years, certainly i don't see much negatives else i would have moved on long back.
