    Pros

Reasonable initial package Many staff activities You can leave on time if you just earn the salary and be a worker. You can have night time to do other business or interests if you are junior level

    Cons

Don’t think about bonus... even you provide good ideas, execute well, all goes to the top management even the company earn or not R&D become difficult day by day, but you would see people leave on time, and they can’t complete the jobs well and leave the incomplete works everywhere. Lack of communication, and weak leadership. No career path already due to no growth of the company. Outdated technologies and approaches, that you will feel angry if you know how other companies did the same thing Business is difficult to grow already, and keep losing per share even cutting 30% cost and headcount No customer and user centric thinking will just make things worse

    I worked at Amber Road

    Pros

It has great niche product... And almost has all good branded customers.. Great people who are enthusiastic and ability to do anything and everything when it comes to work Comparatively good salary Office location is very good Great teams and teamteam members

    Cons

No value to the work and effort you put.. Absolutely no value for your experience and your thought process Instruction based working No clear vision on what they want from employees Even though top.management has good vision same is not implemented by subsequent management level Management level next to top management is all power hungry Some of the roles are just obsolete HR absolutely have no employee relationship apart from recruitment and getting some non sense documents signed No open minded people to take feedback and correct themselves Top.management absolutely have no idea about peoples grievances Management in Bangalore office just take decision which is helpful for their own benefits and growth Some people act as if office is their own and treating house keeping people as slaves Bangalore management team just stop you from having discussion with top management Managers treating you as slaves Absutely no calrity in communication They don't know to differentiate professional and personal stuffs Flase promises Don't go by words what they promise during interview
