Long hours. Top heavy with too much management! They can be out of touch with the creative aspects involved in the role.

Good pay. Easy work and real sense of accomplishment when you are done. Have a decent group of people to work with.

Cons

Long hours during holidays and management thinks that there is nothing else in your life but this job. They tell you to take ownership of your route but then second guess you and change routes as they please. Can't retain any good employees. Politics are a big role in this job.

Love the creative side of this business. Like being able to be in the field and meet with clients. Most of the people in the office are pleasant. Some need to learn to coach and develop their teams and not dictate.

Communication is difficult. Hard to get answers to very important questions.er. It's like go ask your mother, now go ask your father. No on going training and support is hard to find. You better be a self started and figure things out by yourself. Long hours during the holiday's including weekends and no extra pay if you're a salaried employee. Branch manager loves to micro manage everything. And one over worked employee is can sometimes be grumpy and condescending.

Face fits culture, no support, long hours, negative experience. Management unapproachable for help as they don't have a clue themselves! Don't expect any support whatsover! The good reviews on here...laughable ! They are based with In house pressure to complete! All about Ratings and management hitting there Targets, Same pressure to also push customers to give a review on Trust pilot, and if you don't??? You are named and shamed on a in house community group! Bullying techniques used by management and colleagues.
