I worked at Ambulnz full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The different partners I had were always great. FTO’s are respectable, and have a bunch of different information for you. Supervisors are good. Val is definitely the best one out there. Dispatch is great. Rarely get held over. Competitive pay and bonuses.

    Cons

It’s very hard to get a hold of all the higher ups. The supervisors will always do what they can to help, but above them those people don’t care about EMT’s/ Medics.

I have been working at Ambulnz part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great place to work overall! Staff is very friendly. There is plenty room to grow and learn on the go. Great and attentive management. You aren't micro-managed as long as you do your work on time and effectively. I really enjoy working here.

    Cons

Nothing that can come to mind

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Ambulnz full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Your minimal paycheck will more than likely not bounce. When they buy a new company you get good equipment but the stuff the company buys direct is garbage.

    Cons

The higher management will identify what your goals are and play to them to try to get you to work as hard as possible with the PROMISE of future pay or a better job then discard you the second you catch on that they have no intention of letting your reach the carrot at the end of the pole and string. Safety of patients and staff is not a priority.
