    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Amdocs full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Never a dull moment. Lots of leeway to work independently and as a result shine as bright as you'd like.

    Cons

No growth for those in devops/app support roles. Valued resources get stuck in one place.

    Advice to Management

Work harder to recognize those who contribute exceptionally. The cliques that run the show really impede growth and sow discontent.

    Pros

Good benefits, charities for good causes, never dull. Career opportunities if you are willing to move

    Cons

Put people from the mother country in charge at customer sites that did not know the business or customer. Always looking over your shoulder to see if you are next part of downsizing. Purchased companies and then cut personnel.

    Advice to Management

Being a global company you should put people in charge at a customer site that have worked in the region and with the customers.
