I worked at Amec Foster Wheeler full-time

    Pros

Pleasant work environment, flexible hours, knowledgeable engineers and designers.

Design checking within design team is left to one or two individuals, not done by design team in squad checks. Number of design staff is thin, constantly bringing in engineers and designers from sister offices...

Free Lunch and free shuttle service available from a center point to the office.
    Private Health Insurance present

    Cons

    Micro time management in place
Lack of understanding and communications between people.
Using outdated software which is dependable on Global IT system.
