    Good company to work for, nice atmosphere and very competent workforce

    Cons

    Future Work Plan needs to be addressed with more precision. I was put on furlough within 4 months of joining the company.

    Advice to Management

    Future plans for hiring need to be properly wetted before hiring.

    friendly - variable time - benefits- diversity - global markets

    Cons

    work slow - not many brown bags for civil which we need as professional engineers for the PDH requirements.

    Competitive pay, supportive managers, leadership is always asking for feedback from staff and seems to genuinely care, community involvement, location of Houston office

    Cons

    Not winning many projects, some favoritism shown, serious lack of diverse leadership team, morale low in current market and re-org changes

    Diversify your leadership team.

    Great benefits when it was AMEC Paragon, I left before it merged with Foster Wheeler.

    Cons

    Promotions within the department was good but cross-training into another related department was very difficult.

    Frequent changes in management, including recent CEO change. Growth by acquisition leads to lack of across-company communication.

    There is a variety of work you do even in one specific sector. And you can choose to move groups if you'd like or transfer offices after a short interview.

    Cons

    Direction is not always given and it is sometimes difficult to know exactly who to talk to if you have a problem.

    More communication and act like your happy to work their as much as lower level staff is!
