    Approves of CEO

I worked at Amec Foster Wheeler full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great group of professionals to work with and always in the look for better ways to improve productivity. It was a good experience and learned a lot from them not only a professional but as an individual as well.

    Cons

Since it is a large company, there is always a thing or two that as an employee you always notice what a large company is missing as far as procedures. But that is usually common for designers when changing companies specially for people who work on contract.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Overall it is a great company to work for, I really hope I could work for them again.

I worked at Amec Foster Wheeler full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working in the Atlanta office was a great experience. Everyone I worked with was professional and created an exceptional working environment. Ongoing education, training and development is encouraged. Thoes that worked and contributed were given more room to work and work was fun.

    Cons

Some of the good-old-boys were allowed to hold positions they should have surrendered to productive and innovative personnel.

    Advice to Management

Audit staff to weed out the unproductive favored employees. It is costing you.
