Pay is good and benefits are okay

Not inclusive or diverse, leadership is passive aggressive and loves the quiet firing technique, they will hardly negotiate with you on pay or PTO, puts more emphasis on prior military rank than they do actual work performance. Leadership is also very old school and stuck in the “good old days”, meaning they expect you to put the company above all else and also hates using modern technology. Not a lot of opportunities to improve your career. You only hear from leadership when they’re not happy about something but will never get good feedback. HR is a nightmare and aren’t timely with responses.

Join the Amentum team
Does anybody know anything about the contractor Amentum? Is it possible for people to stay with them long-term? I’m a current fed, so I’m anxious about going to the contract side and giving up relative job security.

They have a lot of government contracts. I know a few people who have worked for them for several years.

Hey, has anyone worked as a law clerk for Amentum | PAE? I have an interview on Tuesday and want to get advice on the interview process and an insight into their work culture.

I took another offer, so I don't remember too many specifics. It was one fo the quicker interview processes I have been through. Nothing too unusual as far as interview material.
