    Pros

-Great HR department, very helpful and relaxed group
-Direct communication with senior level employees
-Not having any prior knowledge of this industry before working here, everyone was very understandable of this and was willing to help if needed.

-Responsibilities delegated to me were impactful and significant to the entiredesk.
    -Hours were amazing
-Learning about a global product in the energy capitol of the world, Houston

    Cons

-Fast paced environment that demands attention to detail or else the repercussions are severe
    -No structured intern program
