I worked at AmeriCorp full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working with patients and helping them to access the services they needed.

    Cons

Management is very poor. They lied to me about the pay, job requirements, reimbursement for travel all of which was abysmal. Managment is seriously lacking in integrity. If a patient is no longer needing their services they will lie about their symptoms in order to get more money and days from insurance. Many of the reviews of this company are for the national non-profit AmeriCorps which takes interns. This company does not.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees and patients right.
