I worked at America's Incredible Pizza full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They pay well
Free buffet on Saturdays for regular staff
    Work with some amazing Directors
Making it a fun time for kids is so much fun

    Cons

Corporate is a Hodge Podged together counterproductive unit.
The owner is pretty non existent but built the company based on his lack of family time when he was a child. The odd thing is that management is expected to work 55 hours a week. Labor constraints hurt guest experience, negative reviews are the only thing corporate reads. The call center is a mess, they don't know what can or can't be done in each store. The corporate figures for each respective department are very much set with their heads in the clouds and require the opposites of eachother. Overall if you want a life this is the last place you should ever look. A constant stream of emails and phone calls even when you get an off day will ruin any time off you receive. These are all expected to be replied to right away. No matter how unbelievably well you are doing it is never enough and your overall goal has little to do with the guests and much more to do with filling the owner's pockets. Spending freezes are a regular thing, meaning you can t really keep up with the expectations laid before you. They expect the very best to be hired for each department but it is next to impossible to tempt people to move over since the place is notorious for treating staff like slaves or children. Don't work here.

    Advice to Management

Take a step back and realize that people will continue to leave if they are treated this way. If you expect the best it is crucial to take care of the people you have. Ditch the Owner and become publicly owned, I guarantee the entire culture and well being of the company would be better.

I have been working at America's Incredible Pizza part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Meet some awesome people
    Free buffet on Saturdays
    Lots of hours in Gameroom
Gameroom upper management always ready to teach new skills
A lot of room for growth
Open line of communication with manager, this is INCREDIBLE
Management notices hard work and knowlage hungry employees, raises and promotions where they are actually deserved
    Fun most of the tiem
Manager understanding of life situations and always checks in on a regular basis

    Cons

Lower management is hateful and overly emotional ALL the times. Prize managers almost always rude and clearly has favorites
Very clear that managers are here 24/7 (0 home life) which makes it hard to want to move up much
Lower management regularly and openly talking about how to get rid of people that they dislike flaunting their relationship with the owner and asking staff to caall and report others for no reason
Requesting time off isnt guaranteed (which makes sense during busy periosd)
    Employee seems like a trap
owner breezes in and only can find bad things
Corporate seems pretty slapped together and not on the same page

    Advice to Management

Maybe take a look at how the staff feels about working here and what they can do to improve the quality of life for everyone. make moving up seem more appealing than the money

    I worked at America's Incredible Pizza part-time

    Pros

One of my managers was upset to see me leave because I did more work than everyone else, so I felt appreciated. I asked for a week off for vacation and got it because I put in the request far enough ahead of time.

    Cons

Everyone was hired part-time but expected to work full-time hours so they didn't have to offer benefits. Terrible pay. The teenagers I worked with were unreliable. I picked up everyone else's slack and was continually expected to because I was the hardest worker. Customers were rude and nasty.

I have been working at America's Incredible Pizza part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Fun co-workers
    -Lots of hours
-Easy to move up in the company
    - Very easy to get a job here, they hire almost everyone.

    Cons

    -Employees can't ride go karts
-Only 1 30 minute break every 6 hours
-There are supervisors and trainers that are 18, 19, 20 years old, and they just stand around and talk to each other, but get mad when regular employees do it
    -Minimum wage
-No benefits to the job besides free buffet on Saturdays

    Advice to Management

Stop allowing people straight out of high school to become supervisors, they aren't responsible or mature enough for the position.

    Pros

Wonderful environment and incredible people. I love my managers and all my co-workers. The pay is excellent and bonuses and raises happen often. You are rewarded for all good work. Also, its a family. Coming to work really feels like home, I never dread it. If you love children and an upbeat environment, this is the place to be.

    Cons

You aren't allowed to use your phone at all and it is hard to keep everyone happy when hosting parties. Slightly stressful.

    Advice to Management

Keep up all the wonderful work, thank you for making work feel less like a chore.
