Great group of people with a passion for field service excellence

    Pros

CEO held weekly and monthly meetings ensuring her vision was shared and employees remained engaged. Employees were mentored and had opportunities to advance. It was a fun place to work...even the CEO dressed up and participated in Halloween activities.

    Cons

Some of our clients were more than challenging. Some team members had difficulty surviving in a environment that rewarded hard work and commitment.

Former Employee, more than 1 year

    Pros

The employees here are hard working, dedicated individuals who are severely underpaid and immensely underappreciated.

    Cons

Upper managment seems to forget that the employees there have lives and families outside of work. They expect this job to be your number one priority above everything else in your life. Upper management is constantly blurring ethical lines. They do not understand what is morally okay to do, nor do they care. The CEO and President does not know how to run a company. They do not have values or morals, especially when it comes to their employees. They do not value employees, and they do not care to keep them. Employees are told that they are replaceable. They do not know how to keep up morale, nor can they hire someone who can keep up morale. Employees are in and out of there faster than a child can eat candy. The biggest reason is because no one feels valued or appreciated. You are constantly being told what you are doing wrong, and you are always being micromanaged. The benefits are terrible. You barely get enough PTO to take time off when needed, and they do not offer a 401K. How can they expect you to be there long term if they do not even offer long term benefits? Managment uses fear in order control employees. This has created a very toxic environment where morale is almost non existent. They do not know how to properly manage, nor do they know how to properly motivate employees.

    It's a job...but avoid choosing this one (it's a sinking ship)

    Pros

Location, lots of overtime available, great co-workers on the floor, not minimum wage, two 10-minute paid breaks, hour long lunch, some benefits, half-decent PTO accrual, lots of opportunity to learn different departments (i.e. cross-training), previous experience working with property maintenance not required, small company (not corporate), business casual dress code

    Cons

The high turnover at this company speaks for itself, quite simply: it's a revolving door. Has been from the first week I worked there to infinity and beyond. Why? If you want a short explanation: the current CEO was given this company by her father and it turns out she doesn't quite know how to run a successful business. Longer answer: what the CEO doesn't realize (or maybe does and couldn't care less) is that the core of this company are the "floor" employees who have been with the company 1+ years (which says something, per the turnover rate) and/or who have vast knowledge about how the company works. Yet...employees' loyalty means nothing to upper management. ...but they will expect you to stay late and be committed to them (whilst the CEO isn't even in the office half the time) so clients' SLAs can be met. Constantly changing procedures (mostly due to AIM's clients) but changes are NOT communicated well, if at all, amongst all employees Bureaucracy up to your ears The CEO constantly brings in managers--and pays them WELL--that "have the background" but are less knowledgeable than entry-level employees.

BEWARE (Same company as AIM Your Way)

    Pros

Employees are hard-working and committed to doing a good job. Environment among floor staff and SOME managers is friendly and caring.

    Cons

EXECUTIVE leadership is not capable of effectively managing people and they can't get out of their own way. Their integrity is questionable at best and their attitude toward the staff is shocking. Unnecessarily stressful and disappointing environment.

    Pros

Only thing that I have is I made some friends there that I miss and I got to learn some new things.

    Cons

OMG! Were do I start! For one, make sure you don't get out of your seat to go to the bathroom or get in trouble. They write you for EVERYTHING!!! They have managers and upper managers in their that are way under qualified and dont know how to do my job or run that department. And this is NOT a family bussiness. If you want to take off for the holidays, forget it. Its not gonna happen. You work your butt off and get nothing in return but write ups cause its not good enough! And don't try to talk to them cause they aren't going to listen to you. So, good luck.

    Best Company Ever.

    Pros

My interactions with the senior management have always been very very positive. They are among the kindest I know and they care tons about their employees; they always seek an opportunity to recognize their employees. Every day I come in and appreciate the opportunity to be able to work here and am excited to see my colleagues. For as unique as this industry is, there's something new to learn every day, and I feel I have learned so much from working here for about a year. I feel very fortunate to be able to work at this company.

    Cons

It's a fast paced environment, so you need good time management and prioritizing skills to get stuff done.

    Turn & Burn

    Pros

Charismatic/dedicated team leads, super-friendly office environment, very welcoming to new staff. Long-term staff offer very helpful advice/perspective.

    Cons

Constant policy/procedural changes, sometimes overwhelming amount of work, disputes between departments/vendors, general feeling of "being replaceable" from upper management. Very hard to earn/keep PTO, and unable to schedule time off around holidays. Hard to build working-relationships with office staff since faces come/go so often, possibly due to the lack of long-term benefits.
